New masonry elements must be supported by foundations extending below the 42-inch frost depth for DuPage County. IRC R403.1.1, R606.1

Flashing & Weep Holes

Verify proper functioning and integrity of existing flashing and weep holes. Ensure tuckpointing does not obstruct weep holes or compromise existing flashing details. Install new or repair existing flashing where required by IRC R703.8 to manage moisture and prevent water intrusion.

Moisture Management
